Our flagship program continues to truly prepare young people for entry level roles in the organised service sector. With over 220 hours of inputs, it is designed to develop values, skills and finally place young people into entry level careers.

We also provide free legal camp for women, and underprivileged sections of the society to enable them to enjoy constitutional and Legal right at par with other citizens of India.

DAMME Society a voluntary, Non Profit organization was established in 1978 as a Registered society under the societies registration Act, 1860 in 1999. DAMME is dedicated to conducting and action programs to Promote social justice and equality for the under privileged and disadvantaged sections, and vocational training as special concern. We hope to create a safe and enabling environment where poor children to get education and to provide vocational training to make the youth self-dependent.

Damme Society providing vocational training with placement as well as employability skills training and career guidance to young people from disadvantaged backgrounds in India. DAMME was borne out of the belief that by helping young people to develop new skills, by giving them access to relevant vocational training and connecting them with employers, we enable them to take control of their own careers and lives, and to help their families break out of the cycle of poverty.
